The NYX Jumbo Pencils are fantastic. I already had the Jumbo Pencil in Sparkly Nude. I used this as a base for pink eye shadow looks. Recently I bought another pencil in the color 'milk'. This pencil is extremely useful as it can be used in many ways.
1. Eye shadow base- This pencil, like any of the other jumbo pencils, is great to use as a base before any colors. If you are wondering which color to buy, go with Milk as it is universal.
2. Eye liner- Did you know that putting a light color, such as white or beige, on your waterline it gives the allusion that your eyes are more open. This pencil is very creamy it will easily apply on your waterline.
3. Tear duct highlighter- Just like applying light colors on your waterline makes your eyes look more open, applying white on you tear duct opens your eyes as well. This pencil is easily blend-able, therefore you can build it up. If you want to make it barely visible you can, but you can also make it very noticeable!
4. Halloween face painting- Halloween is right around the corner. If you want to go all out and use face paint to create your scary Halloween costume this pencil is for you! Since you can build this pencil up to make it as visible as you want, you can use this as a base for a white face or use this to trace a design on your face before committing to the design with a dark color. Since this the color is white, any color you put over it will hide that previous marks you made. If you want to have a completely white face, it is also a good base before the face paint.
5. Brown bone and Cupid's bow Highlighter- Use this pencil on your brow bone or your cupid's bow to bring highlight to those areas. This will lighten and brighten up your face. It will also enhance these features of your face.
I have seen people use it as a under-eye concealer and highlighter but I have never tried it myself. I think it might be to creamy and not "liquid-y" enough, but if you try it out make sure you tell me if it worked for you!
