Hello everybody! I am going to share with you my favorite brownie recipe. This is a mix of multiple different receipts I have found throughout the years. This is the perfect receipe for chocolate lovers, since there is double the chocolate with the chocolate chips! It melts in your mouth and you feel as if you had eaten a piece of heaven! But try it yourself and you will judge yourself.
A brownie pan (cooking spray should be put on it so the brownies don't stick)
A wooden spoon
A bowl
Ingredients:*at room temperature
1/2 cup of unsalted butter (a stick) *
1 1/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cups of unsweetened natural cocoa powder
2 large eggs *
A pinch of salt
A small spoon of baking powder
1/3 cup of flour
1 or 2 cups of chocolate chips (1 is plenty)
Steps:
1. Preheat the oven at 325 Fahrenheit.
1. First melt the butter and let it cool before you add the sugar and eggs. Beat until completely blended.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, baking powder, cocoa powder and the flour.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter sugar and eggs. Stop once in a while to mix together. Once everything is completely blended add 1 to 2 cups of chocolate chips.
4. Once the oven is preheated place the pan in for 15 minutes. Some ovens are stronger than others, I use the knife test after 15 minutes: if you put the knife in and it comes out with batter on it, the brownies aren't ready. After 15 minutes I go in increments of 2 minutes until I am satisfied with the consistency. Do not exceed 25 minutes.
There you go! You have just made the perfect brownies!! These sell great for bake sales or they can be a great treat for you and your friends! Gold luck!
